At Endecotts we know how important reproducibility is for making sieves, to know with confidence each sieve will perform the same as it is made to the same high standards. With this in mind we are moving our 200 mm / 8” stainless steel sieves to automated production realising the following benefits.
200 mm or 8” Stainless Steel woven wire mesh sieves can be supplied with aperture sizes ranging from 20 microns up to 125 mm.
Made to ISO 3310-1 or ASTM E11 standards.
Available in both Full (50 mm) and Half (25 mm) height with both round and square hole option.
Aperture sizes available:
4 mm to 125 mm Square hole
1 mm to 125 mm Round hole
Precise aperture (in accordance with ISO 3310-2 or ASTM E323 standards)
Microplate made for electro-formed nickel plate in the new style 200 mm and 8” rims for both Full height (50 mm) and Half height (25 mm)
Endecotts microplate sieves feature unique self clearing apertures for the sizes from 5 to 75 microns. Microplate sieves are supplied with either round or square holes. Other aperture sizes available on request.
It is recommended that microplate sieves are used in conjunction with a liquid medium to assist the passage of extremely fine particles through the apertures.
Now available as 50 mm spacers to add to the 200 mm or 8” sieves or receiver to create the Extra Deep/Wet Washing option. O-rings supplied as standard.
